Lure preparation and process: 1. Please remove ALL hooks, split rings, screws etc. from the baits you are going to send me. You can choose any bait you prefer. Price may vary on larger baits of 5" or more. 2. If you have a color you would like me to match then please send us a detailed photo or preferably a sample bait of that color. 3. Choose the colors you would like and label a ziplock bag with the color and number of lures in that bag. 1 Bag per color. 4.VERY IMPORTANT*** Place a 8x10 piece of paper in the package with the following on it:

a. Your name, address, phone number, and email address.

b. Amount of lures you are sending me

c. Colors you are wanting

5. Ship the Lures to:
